Two floors, totaling 40,000 square feet, provide total infrastructure facilities for up to 30 companies - ranging from 1-25 employees. The floor plans incorporate the latest research in organizational behavior and are designed to accommodate the flexibility and changing needs of emerging, fast-growth companies.

Fully Equipped Laboratory Space

• Laboratory facilities include 10,000 square feet of newly constructed wet laboratories with 1,144 square foot lab suites.
• All laboratories include benches, chemical hood, sinks, deionized water, shelving and access to common space.
• Managed common space including an equipment room, dishwasher/autoclave room, cold room, dark room, and customized VWR stock room.
• Shared laboratory equipment includes ultra, high-speed and tabletop centrifuges as well as a bacterial incubator shaker, a spectrophotometer, freeze dry apparatus, electroporator, balances, and a circulator.
• The Innovation Laboratory is a fully-equipped laboratory and includes incubators, refrigerators/freezers, PCR machine, plate reader, pH meters, microfuges, balances, and a separate tissue culture room.
