Our incubator facilities can accommodate companies ranging from 1-25 employees. The floor plans incorporate the latest research in technology equipment and are designed to accommodate the flexibility and changing needs of emerging, fast-growth companies.

Designed to meet the needs of even the newest entrepreneur, emerging entrepreneur or established life science/technology company, available space can range from one work station to multiple offices. Fully equipped wet laboratories, managed office space and office amenities, and an influential network offer a "big company" lifestyle to small companies, ensuring that costs are kept low while service levels meet the needs of today's business.

Laboratory Infrastructure

  • The Science Center laboratory facilities include 10,000 square feet of newly constructed wet laboratories ranging from 1,100 – 1,800 sq. ft. wet lab suites.
  • All laboratories include benches, chemical hood, sinks, deionized water, shelving and access to common space.
  • Managed common space including an equipment room, dishwasher/autoclave room, cold room, dark room, and customized VWR stock room.
  • Shared laboratory equipment includes ultra, high-speed and tabletop centrifuges as well as a bacterial incubator shaker, a spectrophotometer, freeze dry apparatus, electroporator, balances, and a circulator.
  • The Innovation Laboratory is a fully-equipped laboratory and includes incubators, refrigerators/freezers, PCR machine, plate reader, pH meters, microfuges, balances, and a separate tissue culture room.
